No spitting campaign

Just like China, Vietnam has been trying to limit spitting in this
public campaign. I don't know if it's working because there's so
little spitting here compared to China. But in china, it has
definitely helped.

  1. What does it say exactly? Is the last line "strive for culture"? van hoa = wenhua? van minh = wenming?

  2. tren duong pho means 'on the street', found that with Google. Wenhua (van hoa) is one of the words borrowed into Chinese from Japanese in the early 20th century. Wenming (van minh) too, maybe.
