Note the fine spikes at this house, very thin and designed to maim
whereas most are rather thick and manageable. These look plenty risky.
Also note the home garage is down so everyone and their bikes are
safely? locked inside. What happens if there is a fire and the garage
can't be opened and all the locks unlocked in time? This happened to
the house next to our old one and the neighbors went the top floor and
climbed to the other neighbors house- hence the reason for rooftop
iron bars and locks.
