Street Music

Many people sing down the street each day, from selling bread and
buying items. Sometimes several laps up and down irritate us and the
neighbors. One neighbor yelled at the bread lady after her 6 or 7 th
high pitched lap that "stop already. No one wants any bread!"

Today I heard a new song, real music, and saw this blind man and his
son? making the rounds of our street. It was hard to tell if he was
really playing the guitar or singing, but it was very loud, notice the
megaphone. I read that disabled people in Vietnam are "protected"
under the law but that few know of the law and it's not enforced. So
it's very hard for them to make a living.
