A year ago, a law came into effect requiring helmets on everyone except children- and incredibly everyone, nationwide, abided. Well, everyone where cops might be issuing $30 tickets for non-abidance. Now, new rules prohibit cars (xe O TO) from turning right, left or entering a street from a particular end. Will the law help traffic? I dare say it could, if it's followed. The irony is of course, that riding on the sidewalk is still OK and children are covered in netting (to protect from the sun) rather than head gear. What's not to like about this place?
