Why traffic is worse than it could be

This is also why sewage and rain water flood streets at times. They're
just now putting in underground waste management in our area. Progress
is rather quick though. About two 30-50? Meter sections at a time on
one street. Then move the barricades up.

Ordered some fresh hu tieu mi from lady down street and she delivers
in bowl on tray with chopsticks and the whole shebang. Later she comes
to pick up. Only delivers within short walk.

This taxi driver was cool. Just look at his long thumb nail. We asked
why he had it so long and he said he used it for stuff, like picked
and scratching. Actually, his whole left hand had long nails.

This guy said if the cops came he'd need to bolt. Doesn't pay rent and
not legally selling it. I didn't want one but Linh did. She said it
was pretty good. I was kind of grossed out when I saw him cutting it
up with scissors, especially the head/ neck. What can I say- I'm a
city boy.

Honda has a nice bike shop nearby. My bike getting oil change. Next
need wash, but why? It always rains.

dongers. What if we took a taxi? And why did the attendant take 2000
from me if I already paid? I guess I need to show the receipt next
